Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any services you request from Elite Home Exterior Maintenance Inc. ("Elite," "we," "us"). By requesting a quote, scheduling a job, or otherwise using our services, you agree to the terms below. If anything here is unclear, call or text us at 424-404-5399.

Estimates & Scheduling

Quotes provided through our website, over the phone, or by text are estimates based on the information and photos you provide. The final price is confirmed on-site before any work begins. If the actual condition of the property differs materially from what was described — for example, heavier buildup, additional square footage, or restricted access — we will re-quote before proceeding.

We serve residential and commercial properties throughout Manhattan Beach, Palos Verdes, Torrance, Redondo Beach, and the greater South Bay and Los Angeles area. We reserve the right to decline a job that falls outside our service area or scope of work.

Weather & Rescheduling

Exterior cleaning depends on the weather. If rain or unsafe conditions are expected on your scheduled day, we'll reach out to reschedule at no charge, as early as possible.

If you need to cancel or reschedule for a reason other than weather, we ask for at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less notice, or a missed appointment where our crew arrives and cannot access the property, may be subject to a trip fee.

Property Access & Preparation

To complete your service, we need:

• A working outdoor water spigot, unless other arrangements are made in advance
• Access to electrical outlets for jobs that require them
• Vehicles, furniture, and other movable items cleared from the work area
• Pets secured indoors or away from the work area during service

Please let us know before your appointment about any surfaces or landscaping that are fragile, already damaged, or need special care — including cracked or spalling concrete, aging stucco or siding, loose roof tiles, delicate plants near the work area, or recent paint. We do our best to protect your property throughout the job, but surfaces in poor condition prior to our arrival may not hold up the same way a surface in good condition would.

Payment

We accept cash, check, and major credit/debit cards. Payment is due upon completion of the work unless other arrangements have been made in writing in advance. Commercial or large-scope jobs may require a deposit, which will be noted in your written estimate.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Quality that is guaranteed. If you're not satisfied with any part of the completed work, contact us within 48 hours and we'll return to address the specific area of concern at no additional charge.

This guarantee covers the workmanship of the service we performed. It does not cover pre-existing conditions such as permanent staining, worn or deteriorated surfaces, oxidized paint, or damage that existed before we arrived, and it does not extend to areas that were inaccessible during the original visit.

Liability & Insurance

Elite Home Exterior Maintenance is licensed and insured. Our liability for any job is limited to the cost of the service performed. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, latent defects in a surface (such as cracks, poor prior repairs, or deteriorated materials) that were not visible or disclosed before work began, or for issues that arise from using equipment or products you specifically request us to use in place of our standard materials.

You agree to provide our crew reasonable, safe access to the property and the utilities described above. If access isn't available when we arrive, a trip fee may apply and the appointment will need to be rescheduled.

Photos & Marketing

We're proud of our work. Unless you tell us otherwise, we may photograph completed jobs and use those images — never your name or address — in our gallery, on our website, and on social media to showcase our work. Let us know at the time of booking if you'd prefer we not photograph your property.

Your Information

When you request a quote through our website or online form, we collect your name, phone number, address, and any details or photos you provide, solely to prepare your estimate and complete your service. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted to this page. Continuing to use our services after an update means you accept the current terms.
